“The Filibuster” cocktail lounge is now serving amazing cocktails and mouth watering small dishes. The cocktail bar and restaurant is located at 404 South Washington in downtown Olympia and is housed in the old Security Bank Building. The name “filibuster” is inspired by the political connection of the city being the capital and a bar lounge being a place to have endless conversations with people. We expect people to have a relaxing time here while sipping on the inspiring bold cocktails and our fresh modern food menu handpicked by some talented chefs. Watch out for political theme inspired drink and food names.
